By downloading, accessing, or using No Supports Needed (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
No Supports Needed lets you generate 3D models from text prompts and images, view and manage those models, export them in standard 3D formats — including multi-color print files for multi-material printers — and optionally order physical 3D prints of your models. Some features require a paid subscription.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
Paid subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play) and managed by their respective billing systems. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Credits included with a subscription are granted per billing period and do not carry over unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled by the app store in accordance with its policies.
You retain ownership of the prompts and images you submit and the 3D models generated from them, to the extent permitted by law. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as needed to operate the App. If you mark a model as public, it may be visible to other users in the community gallery. You may change a model's visibility or delete it at any time.
Public models can be reported by other users directly from the community gallery. We review reports and may hide or remove content that violates the Acceptable Use section below, and may suspend or terminate accounts responsible for repeated or serious violations.
You agree not to use the App to generate or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful; to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service; or to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Print orders are fulfilled by third-party printing partners. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Physical products are subject to the printing partner's production tolerances; minor variations from the digital model are normal.
The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated models may contain errors or artifacts. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
