This Privacy Policy explains what information No Supports Needed (the "App") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and basic profile information used to create and secure your account.
Content you provide. Text prompts and images you submit for 3D model generation, and the generated models themselves.
Purchase information. Subscription status and entitlement data processed by RevenueCat and your app store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Order information. If you order a physical print, we collect the shipping name and address needed to fulfill the order.
Usage data. Basic technical logs (such as request timestamps and error reports) used to operate and secure the service.
We use your information to provide and improve the App: generating and storing your 3D models, managing your subscription and credits, fulfilling print orders, providing support, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
The App relies on the following service providers, which process data on our behalf:
• Clerk — account authentication.
• RevenueCat and your app store (Apple / Google) — subscription and purchase management.
• AI generation partners — receive your prompts and images only to create your 3D models.
• 3D printing partners — receive your model file and shipping details only when you place a print order.
Models you mark as public may appear in the community gallery and be visible to other users. You can make a model private or delete it at any time from your library.
We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete individual models in the App. You can also request deletion of some or all of your data without deleting your account. Full account deletion is available in the App under Profile → Delete Account.
Records of physical print orders are retained after account deletion for payment, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, but they are unlinked from the deleted account. For orders whose fulfillment has completed, personal shipping details — name, email address, street address, city, and ZIP code — are removed; only the state/region and country needed for tax records are kept. Orders still being produced or shipped retain their shipping details until delivery so the order can be completed.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
